The "NIPPON PREMIUM" chuhai series, made with carefully selected ingredients from across Japan, is being renewed. Ten items get new packaging, and the flavor of some of them has also been changed. The renewed lineup from Godo Shusei Co., Ltd. of the Oenon Group will ship in stages from late October. The long-selling series enters its 14th year since launch next year.
"NIPPON PREMIUM" is a chuhai series developed around the concept of "Conveying the scenery of Japan. Delivering deliciousness." It uses domestically grown agricultural products and pairs the authentic taste of fruits and other ingredients with a light drinking experience, with alcohol content kept low at 3 to 4%. The series comes in a wide lineup. Because it uses regional agricultural products as ingredients, it also helps raise awareness of local produce and contributes to regional revitalization.
With this renewal, the package design of all 10 items has been refreshed, and the taste of 3 of them has been reworked to focus even more on the deliciousness of the ingredients.
New Package Design
The new design is based on white, which makes the producers' thoughts, the illustrations, and the product names stand out. The front evokes agricultural products that producers have carefully raised being tied with a ribbon and delivered to consumers, while the back features the producers' thoughts and commitment.
Revised Flavors
To bring out the appeal of the ingredients, the contents of the "Furano Melon from Hokkaido," "Iyokan from Ehime Prefecture," and "Japanese Pear from Chiba Prefecture" have been reviewed.
