Seasonal strawberry-focused sweets have become an annual favorite at the hotel. This year's fair kicks off on January 15 (Strawberry Day) and features six limited-edition desserts that are as visually stunning as they are delicious, celebrating the arrival of spring with sweet and tangy flavors.
The "Strawberry Reward Parfait" features layers of fresh strawberries, light whipped cream, and vanilla ice cream in a glass, topped with sweet and tangy strawberry sauce.
The "Fluffy Strawberry Roll Cake" combines strawberries with gentle whipped cream in a perfectly balanced classic roll cake, while the "Strawberry and Cream Cheese Crispy Pie" stacks fluffy cream cheese and fresh strawberries on crispy baked puff pastry for a delightfully light treat.
The "Cream Cheese Chiboust with Strawberries" offers a nostalgic flavor profile, featuring smooth cream cheese mousse that melts like ice cream, complemented by crispy caramelized chiboust and sweet-tart strawberry accents.
Completing the lineup are the "Strawberry Pudding à la Mode," which has become a Lounge South Court signature, and the "Strawberry and House-made Bread French Toast," which allows guests to customize with strawberry sauce and Tokyo Tama honey.
