Shinjuku Prince Hotel (Location: 1-30-1 Kabukicho, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Yasuharu Miyake) will host a "Chocolate & Strawberry" themed fair from February 1 (Sunday) to April 30 (Thursday), 2026, at two of its on-site restaurants: "The Station Café Bar" and "Buffet Dining Prince Marché." The hotel has prepared an array of vibrant menus celebrating the arrival of spring.

At "The Station Café Bar," strawberries and chocolate are presented not as dessert pizzas but as savory meal options. The "Strawberry and Burrata Cheese Pizza" combines strawberries with rich burrata cheese, salty prosciutto, and balsamic vinegar, creating a perfectly balanced blend of sweetness, saltiness, and acidity. The "Bitter Chocolate and Nut Pizza" features fragrant nuts and dried fruit drizzled with an unsweetened bitter cacao sauce, offering a sophisticated flavor that pairs well with wine or cocktails.

At "Buffet Dining Prince Marché," guests can enjoy approximately 40 dishes featuring sweet-and-sour strawberries and rich chocolate in diverse arrangements. Offerings include "Pincho" with cream cheese, prosciutto, and strawberry-rhubarb sauce, and "Beef Cheek Ragù Pasta" with a hint of bitter cacao.
