Sweets Paradise is launching its spring-limited "Strawberry Fair" starting March 4, 2026.
The fair brings together a colorful lineup of spring sweets made with plenty of seasonal strawberries, including the "Strawberry Ruby Mousse Cake" combining strawberry puree with Tochimaika cream, a cherry blossom-scented cake, and a chiffon cake packed with strawberries.
The fair also showcases S1 Sweets — menus that won the restaurant's in-house sweets contest. This season's S1 Sweet, the "Fresh Caramel and Cassis Cake," features a buttery cookie base layered with dense fresh caramel and tangy cassis cream, delivering a satisfying contrast of sweetness and acidity.
Alongside the sweets, spring-limited food items using seasonal ingredients round out the menu, including bamboo shoot and charcoal-grilled chicken curry and clam and cabbage Japanese-style pasta.

Strawberry Ruby Mousse Cake
