Yaesu Highball Bar and Yaesu Kitchen to Open Together at Tokyo's New TOFROM YAESU TOWER on September 10

Two new dining spots are opening together in the commercial zone of TOFROM YAESU TOWER in Chuo Ward, Tokyo, a new high-rise directly connected to Tokyo Station: Yaesu Highball Bar, serving intensely carbonated highballs from a Splash Highball Tower, and Yaesu Kitchen, pairing craft beer with carefully prepared dishes. Both venues open on September 10, 2026 (Thursday), alongside the debut of the tower's "TOFROM YAESU Shop & Restaurant" commercial zone.

A New Landmark Right by Tokyo Station

TOFROM YAESU TOWER, completed in February 2026 on a highly convenient site directly connected to Tokyo Station, is a large-scale complex with 51 floors above ground and 4 below, rising to a height of roughly 250 meters. Its lower floors house the commercial zone "TOFROM YAESU Shop & Restaurant," bringing together 68 distinctive restaurants and bars — from Michelin-starred Japanese restaurants to casual taverns — that carry the backstreet culture and lively atmosphere of old Yaesu into the present day.

Yaesu Highball Bar: Strong Carbonation, Premium Whisky

Yaesu Highball Bar features a Splash Highball Tower that delivers refreshingly strong, highly carbonated highballs. Alongside the standard Black Nikka, the menu also includes highballs made with premium whiskies such as Taketsuru, Yoichi, and Miyagikyo. Food options range from snacks like house-made fried chicken, hand-sliced raw ham, and a slow-simmered salt-based stew of chicken and beef tendon in a beef bone broth, to heartier dishes such as a signature yakisoba with chewy noodles pan-fried until crisp and finished with an original sauce — a lineup built to suit a wide range of occasions.

Yaesu Kitchen: Craft Beer Paired with Hearty Dishes

Yaesu Kitchen offers an extensive craft beer lineup on tap, with every beer available in both small and large pours — perfect for settling on a favorite or sampling a variety in smaller sizes. The food menu is built around pairing well with beer, led by a seven-item meat platter alongside dynamic oven-baked dishes, a house-smoked assortment, and a rare seared medium-fatty tuna steak.

Lunch Service at Both Venues

Both venues also offer lunch service to meet the needs of tourists and business professionals alike. Yaesu Highball Bar's lunch-only menu centers on curry rice dishes such as its signature deconstructed coarse-ground hamburger steak curry, while Yaesu Kitchen offers a weekly rotating meat platter and a sizzling cheese omelet rice, among other options — a varied lineup designed for a satisfying lunch.
