The set draws inspiration from tropical seaside resorts, with mango and passion fruit as the centerpiece ingredients alongside other tropical flavors in both the sweets and savory selections.

Sweets Evoking a Seaside Resort

The sweet selection includes four types of tropical fruit-based treats. A coconut blanc-manger styled with lychee and blue curaçao to evoke the clarity of the sea, a mango millefeuille layering mango cream between flaky pastry, and a pineapple cake bursting with tangy pineapple flavor make up the lineup.

A glass parfait layering mango and passion fruit, as well as fresh mango slices, are also included, letting guests savor the rich flavors of tropical fruits.

The savory selection features four items inspired by resort food culture: ahi poke marinade (tuna and avocado), chicken with an ethnic-style sauce, spicy beans bruschetta, and a clear vegetable aspic.

Tea Lounge Belcour

The Tea Lounge Belcour is a tranquil space filled with the gentle sound of water and soft natural light. Named after the French for "beautiful garden," it offers an elegant setting for afternoon tea and seasonal sweets. The lounge is certified by the Japan Tea Advisory Association as an "Excellent Tea Shop."

Optional Drink: Blue Lagoon Shake (¥1,200)

The Blue Lagoon Shake combines yogurt sherbet, pineapple puree, and yogurt for a refreshing drink with gentle acidity and a smooth finish. When the blue curaçao layer is stirred in, the drink transforms into a turquoise color reminiscent of the sea.
