A parfait reflecting the soft spring light, "SAKURA Strawberry," combines vibrant strawberries with the depth of matcha. It features strawberries from Punks Berry, grown by Punks Farmer, a collective of farmers in Sendai, offering exceptional freshness, sweetness, and aroma. The parfait layers strawberry ice cream with fresh strawberries and white wine jelly for a refreshing acidity. Inside, matcha ice cream wrapped in mochi reminiscent of hanami dango adds a delightful surprise. Matcha chiffon cake and crunch provide a light texture. Cherry blossom-flavored toppings gently announce the arrival of spring, with different flavors and textures revealed as you enjoy each spoonful.
Additionally, the lineup includes "SAKURA" cocktail inspired by cherry blossoms and "STRAWBERRY" cocktail featuring fresh strawberries. Together with the parfait, guests can fully experience the charm of spring.
