Cheese Garden, the Japanese confectionery brand known for its signature Goyotei Cheesecake, is releasing the "Goyotei Pineapple Cheesecake" starting May 27, 2026 (Wednesday), at all Cheese Garden locations and its online shop.
As part of its rotating seasonal limited flavors, this summer's addition is a moist baked cheesecake that combines the vibrant aroma and sweetness of pineapple with the milky richness of cheese. The gentle acidity of pineapple enhances the depth of the dense, creamy cheesecake, leaving a refreshing finish. It can be stored at room temperature, making it an easy pick-up for gifts, souvenirs, or everyday treat time at home.
Goyotei Pineapple Cheesecake: A Fruity Take with Real Pineapple Texture
Finely chopped dried pineapple is blended into a multi-cheese batter and baked to a moist finish. Cafe locations are also introducing a limited parfait alongside the seasonal cheesecake. The "Seasonal Goyotei Parfait Pineapple" layers pineapple jelly with a fruit-like texture, smooth almond jelly (annin dofu), mango sauce, and cheesecake-flavored soft serve. On top is a slice of Goyotei Pineapple Cheesecake along with cut pineapple and mango, finished with pineapple jelly and coconut flakes. The parfait brings together the sweetness and acidity of pineapple and mango with a hint of coconut, complementing the cheesecake soft serve throughout.
