Japanese restaurant Sakura on the 3rd floor of Hilton Tokyo Odaiba will host a dessert buffet centered on melon and mango starting May 24, 2026. Running on weekends and public holidays only, the event continues through July 12, 2026.
This is the second installment of a dessert buffet series that first launched in March 2026. Set within the Japanese restaurant's space, the buffet offers a relaxed way to enjoy seasonal sweets, with the fresh greenery of a Japanese garden and Tokyo Bay visible from the dining area.

The buffet lineup puts the natural sweetness of in-season melon and mango front and center. Options include melon and mango shortcakes, a "Charlotte de Melon et Vanille" made with biscuit sponge, and a moist soufflé cheesecake paired with melon. A mango and ginger jelly adds a subtle spicy accent, while a cream soda–style jelly brings a cooling visual touch.

Alongside the sweets, a selection of savories highlights Japanese ingredients. Highlights include chilled soba noodles dressed in olive oil with a soba broth jelly and grapefruit, edamame mousse brightened with mint jelly and lemon zest, and a rich sea bream soup that serves as a savory counterpoint to the sweeter dishes.
