Greens Corporation (headquartered in Yokkaichi, Mie Prefecture; CEO: Yuya Muraki; Stock Code: 6547) will sell limited quantities of hotel-made eho-maki "Seafood Shichifuku Roll" and "Wagyu Sukiyaki Roll," as well as Grissier's special "Eho Roll" at their three hotels: Hotel Green Park Suzuka, Hotel Green Park Tsu, and Ise City Hotel. The items will be available for pickup on February 2 (Monday) and 3 (Tuesday), 2026.
The hotel-made eho-maki features carefully selected ingredients prepared from scratch, offering the premium quality you'd expect from a hotel. Two varieties are available: the "Seafood Shichifuku Roll" with seven luxurious ingredients, and the "Wagyu Sukiyaki Roll" featuring tender wagyu beef cooked in a secret seasoning. Both are special rolls that will enhance your Setsubun dining table.
Additionally, the Grissier special "Eho Roll" is a dessert made with carefully selected high-quality ingredients from Mie Prefecture, emphasizing local production for local consumption.
Grissier is the company's original sweets brand, combining "Greens" and "Patissier." These special sweets, crafted with the patissier's exceptional skills and heartfelt dedication, allow you to fully enjoy the charm of Mie.
