JR West's Okayama Branch develops products with local businesses and producers as part of its "Furusato Okoshi Project," which shares the appeal of the Okayama and Bingo areas with the rest of Japan, working alongside group company JR Service Net Okayama. These collaborations are offered under the "JR PREMIUM SELECT SETOUCHI" series.
The "Okayama-Grown Shine Muscat Ice Bar" (岡山育ちのシャインマスカットアイスバー), developed together with Ohayo Dairy, proved popular during its limited-quantity release in 2025 and is returning for another year.
The ice bar features ice made with Okayama-grown Shine Muscat grapes, prized for their fresh, fragrant aroma and sweetness, wrapped in a gentle, refreshing layer of milk ice cream, in a two-layer treat.
