New Balance Japan (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shinichi Kubota) announces the Australian Open 2026 Kit for TeamNB athlete and tennis player Coco Gauff. This collection embodies the beauty of graceful movement and summer spirit. Designed in collaboration with Coco Gauff for the season's opening Grand Slam, this kit goes beyond performance wear to pursue style, confidence, and self-expression. For the first time, versions based on Coco's custom kit will be available for general purchase, allowing fans to wear her signature look. The kit will be sold at the New Balance official online store and New Balance Harajuku.

Built for performance, inspired by the Australian summer, and elevated by design, this kit merges elegance, sophistication, and playfulness. Flowing lines support dynamic play, while vibrant colors stand out on Melbourne's blue courts. The color palette of Hot Marigold, Navy Blue, and Daybreak draws inspiration from the Australian landscape, representing optimism and energy while symbolizing the dawn of a new season.
Coco Gauff's Australian Open 2026 Kit consists of three looks representing different chapters of her tournament story:
On-Court Look: A beautifully breathable stretch tank and a lightweight pleated-hem skirt create natural elegance.
Practice Look: A cropped T-shirt and shorts that balance freedom and focus.
Walk-On Look: An oversized color-blocked tracksuit that transforms pre-match moments into style.
Footwear: New CG2 colorways and two new Coco Delray colorways complete the vision.

Comments from Julie Paik, Senior Vice President of Global Apparel at New Balance
"From the moment Coco joined the New Balance family, we've been continuously inspired by her evolution—not just as an athlete, but as a style icon as well. This kit reflects that journey. It's bold, confident, and beautifully expressive. We're thrilled to make it available for general purchase for the first time. We want fans to enjoy Coco's signature style."
Comments from New Balance Athlete Coco Gauff
"Working with New Balance on the Australian Open 2026 Kit gave me the opportunity to design not just for performance, but for style and self-expression as well. I wanted to balance strength and femininity while expressing bold colors and my love for the beach. I'm truly excited that fans can now wear kits inspired by my on-court look. I think it's a special way to share this journey with everyone."
