A Combination of Sweet and Tart Strawberries with Rich Basque Cheesecake

This parfait features a winter-appropriate harmony of fresh, juicy, sweet and tart seasonal strawberries with the rich depth of Basque cheesecake. Topped with the café's popular moist Basque cheesecake, it delivers a satisfying dessert experience. Inside the glass, layers include two types of Amaou strawberry creations—ice cream and sorbet—along with strawberry compote, white chocolate, and sangria syrup jelly.

As you enjoy the parfait, the combination of ingredients expands with each bite, offering changing flavors throughout.
