The Westin Sendai (Ichibancho, Aoba-ku, Sendai City; General Manager: Kazuyuki Shimoshige) is adding a new plan to "My Melody Peach Tea Party," its afternoon tea built around Sanrio's popular character My Melody. From Saturday, July 18 through Friday, September 25, 2026, the new plan pairs the tea party with a set of original-design outing items under the theme "A Summer Gift From My Melody."
Sanrio drew a special new illustration of My Melody just for this plan. To go with time spent alongside a dressed-up, endearing My Melody, three items perfect for summer outings have been prepared: a clear bottle, a tote bag, and a scarf.
Rendered in soft, pale pink tones, this My Melody design carries an elegant charm alongside its usual cuteness — the kind that makes you want to bring her along wherever you go. The clear bottle is ideal for hot-weather outings or a day at work, the tote bag suits everything from everyday errands to leisure trips, and the scarf can be tied to a bag or worn around the neck as a coordinating accent.
