Grand Prince Hotel Shintakanawa (Takanawa, Minato-ku, Tokyo) is set to launch the "Shine Muscat & Peach Afternoon Tea" at Lounge Momiji from July 9 (Thursday) to September 16 (Wednesday), 2026. The seasonal offering is designed to help guests refresh and unwind through the summer heat, with a lineup built around two peak-season fruits: crisp, juicy Shine Muscat grapes and fragrant, melt-in-your-mouth peaches.
The experience opens with a peach and lemon jelly amuse-bouche, setting a cool, refreshing tone. The petits fours include a tart lavishly topped with Shine Muscat grapes, a macaron filled with peach flesh, a Shine Muscat verrine, and a Shine Muscat cheesecake — each centered on the natural sweetness of the fruits. On the savory side, the menu features a Shine Muscat and octopus marinade seasoned with grain mustard, a peach vichyssoise, a peach and prosciutto honey canapé, a kebab-style chicken sandwich, and lasagna. Two scones — an Earl Grey scone and a plain scone — come with peach lychee jam, clotted cream, and honey. A plan that includes French fries is also available for guests seeking a heartier spread.
Drinks include original herbal teas, black tea, and coffee, among other selections.
