An Afternoon Tea That Brings Cool Refreshment Through Aroma and Finish
Themed around cooling refreshment on a summer afternoon, the lineup features vibrant green sweets incorporating fresh fruit and herbs. The experience opens with chilled Muscat and Pernod Verrines, flows through a Key Lime Pie with bright citrus acidity, and winds down with a cake and sablé sandwich perfect for savoring alongside tea. Each item offers a different layer of flavor to enjoy at a leisurely pace.

Muscat and Pernod Verrines
Vanilla blancmange is layered with a Pernod jelly delicately scented with anise, then topped with "Sweet Globe" muscat grapes known for their juicy, popping sweetness. A drizzle of mint oil adds a refreshing aroma that plays beautifully off the sweet burst of muscat.

Muscat Fromage
Smooth baked cheesecake is sandwiched between sablé biscuits and garnished with Chantilly cream and muscat grapes. The rich cheese flavor meets the fresh juiciness of muscat for a light yet satisfying treat. Graceful curves of cream and clusters of green grapes evoke the gentle sway of young leaves in a summer breeze.

Key Lime Pie
A classic summer dessert originally from Florida, USA. A tangy lime curd made with plenty of lime juice is wrapped in fresh cream and paired with a light pastry shell. The milky richness is enlivened by the sharp brightness of lime.

Melon Shortcake
Juicy melon and fresh cream are layered on a soft, almond-infused sponge moistened with melon syrup. The fresh fragrance and flavor of melon engage all the senses for a truly seasonal treat.

Pistachio and Cherry Cake
A cake generously blended with pistachio paste and powder, with syrup-soaked amarena cherries tucked inside. The nutty pistachio flavor mingles with the sweetness of cherry, while a crumble topping adds a light, airy crunch.

Orange and Mango Sablé Sandwich
The hotel's popular ganache sandwich, usually available as a takeaway gift, is offered here in an afternoon-tea exclusive size with a summery twist. White chocolate ganache blended with orange confit is sandwiched between crunchy whole-wheat sablés and finished with mango, bringing together citrus brightness and tropical sweetness. The ganache uses KAOKA organic, fair-trade chocolate.

Choco Mint Macaron

In addition to the sweets, the afternoon tea includes a daily-changing selection of savories and freshly baked scones with seasonal jam. Guests can enjoy three chef-selected savory dishes that rotate daily from a menu that includes options such as chicken galantine, seasonal fish carpaccio, truffle egg sandwich, lasagna, lamb croquette, pâté de campagne, cauliflower potage, salmon bruschetta, pickled vegetables, brandade croquette, stuffed cabbage, arancini, teriyaki chicken wrap, mini corn dogs, shrimp and seasonal vegetable ajillo, seasonal vegetable frittata, fromage quiche, shrimp and salmon terrine, caprese, and temari sushi.

Scones are baked fresh to order and served this summer with pineapple jam and clotted cream. Drinks include espresso, café latte, and cappuccino, plus 14 varieties of free-flow Ronnefeldt tea. The summer highlights are "Lavender Dream," whose thyme and lavender aromas soothe away summer fatigue, and "White Peach," which pairs the mellow sweetness of white peach with the delicate acidity of lemon myrtle. All teas can also be enjoyed as iced tea.
