A summer tropical afternoon tea is coming to the 20th-floor modern Italian dining restaurant RISTORANTE E'VOLTA -Unico Polo- at Mitsui Garden Hotel Yokohama Minatomirai Premier (Nishi-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa). Running from July 1 (Wednesday) to August 31 (Monday), 2026, the menu is built around tropical fruits such as mango, lychee, and passion fruit. On the same floor, the bar BAR BELLO GATTI will also offer three summer seasonal cocktails to round out the experience.
Summer Tropical Afternoon Tea
The afternoon tea showcases the vibrant colors and flavors of tropical fruits across both savory and sweet courses.
Savory highlights include raw spring rolls with red shrimp and green papaya served with mandarin orange mayonnaise, and 牛タルト with pineapple caramelized with five-spice powder. Both dishes skillfully combine fruit and spice for a refreshing depth of flavor.
On the sweet side, guests can enjoy a lemon macaron with bright citrus acidity, a banana tart with rich flavor, and a lychee lassi with a gentle sweetness — a lineup that captures the cool, bittersweet character of summer.

Frozen Affogato (¥1,650 tax included) — A smooth, cold drink with a rich, roasted finish.
Summer Ripple (¥1,760 tax included) — A visually stunning cocktail evoking shimmering water and goldfish, delivering a refreshing coolness with every sip.
翠庭 (¥1,980 tax included) — A Japanese modern cocktail inspired by the colors and textures of anmitsu, capturing the gentle sweetness of Japanese confectionery in a single glass.
