From May 1 (Friday) to June 30 (Tuesday), 2026, RISTORANTE E'VOLTA -Unico Polo-, the modern Italian dining restaurant on the 20th floor of Mitsui Garden Hotel Yokohama Minatomirai Premier, is serving a limited-time "Matcha and Cherry Afternoon Tea." BAR BELLO GATTI on the same floor is also introducing three new seasonal cocktails inspired by matcha and the fresh greenery of early summer. Both venues offer sweeping views from 20 floors up, providing an elevated backdrop for a relaxed afternoon.

This limited-time afternoon tea is designed around the pairing of fragrant matcha and seasonal cherries — a combination that captures the depth and bright, refreshing energy of early summer. The lineup includes original sweets and savories that balance matcha's richness with cherry's natural sweetness and acidity.

Highlights include a "Matcha and Cherry Macaron" that layers the fullness of matcha with a light sweetness, and a "Matcha and Hazelnut Scone" served with red wine cherry jam. A variety of amuse-bouches and savory bites round out the experience.

3 Seasonal Cocktails at BAR BELLO GATTI

BAR BELLO GATTI, located on the same 20th floor, has introduced three new original cocktails inspired by matcha and the season's fresh greenery.

The "Matcha Choco Martini" is a frozen cocktail that layers matcha's aromatic depth with the sweet richness of white cacao and vanilla. "Spring Vale" blends the fragrance of black tea with the refreshing qualities of shiso and the tartness of lime. For non-drinkers, "Suifu" (翠風) is a mocktail built on a green tea base, gently sweetened with green apple and honey, accented with lime, and finished lightly with soda.
