Tokyo Dome Hotel's Sky Lounge & Dining "Artist Cafe," on the hotel's top floor, will begin serving "Night Afternoon Tea – Shine Muscat & Melon" from September 1 (Tue), 2026.

The hotel's popular afternoon tea has been reimagined for the evening. Guests can take in Tokyo's glittering night skyline from 150 meters above the city while enjoying a three-tier stand of savories and desserts made generously with in-season shine muscat and juicy melon, along with a chef's original Italian pasta. The experience also comes with more than 30 free-flow drinks — including sparkling wine, beer, non-alcoholic cocktails, and vinegar-based drinks — making it a fitting reward at the end of the day.

Shine muscat and melon that shine like jewels alongside the glittering night view make for an exquisite reward — a special evening for adults that goes beyond the classic afternoon tea format.

Soup

Chilled Melon and Cucumber Soup with Prosciutto and Stracciatella Cheese — A chilled soup combining the sweetness of melon and the freshness of cucumber with the saltiness of prosciutto and the rich depth of stracciatella cheese.

Pasta

Red Snow Crab and Matsutake Mushroom in White Wine Sauce, with Bottarga — The main course is a chef's original Italian pasta. Juicy, sweet red snow crab and fragrant matsutake mushroom bring the best of the season to one plate, finished with a refreshing white wine sauce. Bottarga (dried mullet roe) adds a rich saltiness and depth on top, drawing out the flavors of both sea and mountain to the fullest in this special dish.

The pasta menu will change starting December 1 (Tue).

On the Night Afternoon Tea

"We updated our existing afternoon tea menu to match the nighttime scenery. Paired with a panoramic night view of Tokyo from 150 meters up, we wanted to offer a luxurious moment for adults that lets them forget the bustle of the city."

On the specialty pasta: our focus points

"This dish symbolizes the bounty of autumn, where two stars of the season resonate together: the fragrance of matsutake mushroom, a prized autumn ingredient, and the delicate yet rich sweetness of seasonal red snow crab. Generously finished with Italian bottarga, it's an appealing dish that brings the whole ensemble together beautifully."

On the ideal setting to enjoy it

"We've prepared more than 30 free-flow drinks so guests can take their time enjoying their drinks alongside the meal. Whether it's a celebration, a date with someone special, or a way to end the day, we hope guests spend a special evening paired beautifully with the glittering night view."
